In this session you will learn how to meet smarter with the tools of Office 365. Smarter meetings in the broadest sense of the word. Think of the different possibilities of organizing a meeting and the all possibilities within the meeting. It is not only audio and video calling and screen sharing, but meeting within Microsoft Teams can do so much more, as you will find out in this adoption theme.

Smarter Meetings is about the following topics:

1. Schedule meetings. Consider planning meetings from Outlook calendar, from Microsoft Teams calendar, in a channel in Microsoft Teams, ad hoc from a channel, ad hoc 1 on 1 meetings.

2. In the meeting. Call audio and video, share screen, give someone rights to take over your screen. All settings that become available within a meeting, such as chatting from the meeting, adding / removing people in an existing meeting, show of hands, mute / unmute people, pin people, order and overview of participant, have meeting and teams screen open side by side , being able to do two things at the same time, etc.

3. Taking minutes and decisions. How do I ensure that everything that is said during the meeting is immediately processed? And how do I ensure that it is properly stored in a central location? How do I ensure that this information is immediately accessible to my colleagues?

4. Tasks. Things that come from a meeting that have to be picked up as an action item in the Tasks app (formerly Planner). How do I create tasks? How do I categorize tasks?
